FAQ

What is Building for the Future?
This is an ongoing fundraising effort to improve the school’s financial picture and make us more visible in the wider community. We are seeking financial support from families, alumni and friends of the school to promote the school’s success story and encourage new enrollment.

Why doesn’t tuition cover the costs?
Tuition revenue at Trillium covers only about 85% of our annual budget. As an independent, non-profit
school, we operate without any government support and rely solely on tuition revenue and gifts from supporters. Building for the Future aims to fill the gap and support our goals.

What is Accessible to All?
Trillium Waldorf School believes that all families who support the values of Waldorf education should be welcome. Accessible to All tuition program supports families who want to attend the school regardless of their financial means.

Will Building for the Future pay for new classrooms?
Trillium Waldorf School will be expanding in the future to accommodate our growing enrollment. Building for the Future will allow us to strengthen our finances so we can plan for all our future needs, including the building of new classrooms.
