Share the Joy of Early Childhood :- An Introduction to the Waldorf Approach

Can we, as parents, nurture our children in a way that preserves the vigor, joy and delight of the glow of a young child? How can we best prepare them in the early years for their lives as men and women of the future? These questions form the motivating inspiration of our 'Parent and Child' Programs.

Participants come together weekly to share a warm and rhythmical home-like setting. Seasonal activities and the celebration of festivals enhance our journey as we explore life and parenting, nurture our children and one another, bond together, and create a harmonious family life and community. An appreciation of nature and the child's imaginative capacity in play sets a mood of wonder and enthusiasm; the room is supplied with handmade and natural toys for a healthy, sensory experience. Verse, story, song, practical and artistic experiences for both child and parent are woven together into a tapestry of loving and lively events. Our Parent and Child Programs serve to enliven, enrich, and support parents in creating a home life which fosters the healthy and joyful growth of the early years.
